The pool was nice. The house was big and it was family friendly with a pack and play, beach equipment and shark tooth hunting gear. If you forgot something they probably had it. I wish I would have known and I wouldn’t have brought our own equipment.

The sliding glass door was very hard to open and close by the pool. The ceiling fan light in the master bedroom kept turning on randomly during the night so we couldn’t use the fan the first night. The ac was pre set to come on during the first night at 80 degrees so it got hot at night. The toilet in the master had a time it wouldn’t fill back up with water. Minor inconveniences and we would still plan to come back.

It was nice, cozy, and quiet. Pool was excellent

The dryer made a loud noise. There was no wash cloths.

The house was as described.

I didn't receive the house code to get in until 8:30 on the night of the rental.

My most disappointing accommodation experience in Florida, and I’ve travelled too and stayed there many times. Unfortunately the accommodation can not be recommended. Old tatty and in need of refurbishment. Pool furniture rusty and uncomfortable beds. Cluttered with past renters unwanted items that were either broken and out of date, opened out of date food left in kitchen storage. Residential area not gated cared for community. Owner expected us several times to return to the property to meet and let in workmen to repair broken services in accommodation at very short notice and the renter to ring utility companies to fix reported broken services in the accommodation. This review will be posted on other rental platforms so other travelers can be aware. The owner does not accept responsibility for the care and safety of her customers and expected us to stay during a category 5 hurricane with a mandatory evacuation notice.
