Modern 4BR in M11, Close to Etihad Stadium Sleeps 11

Near the tram and buses. Clean full facilities Tv there is Netflix available.refund us when they need more time to clean after 15:00

Toilet is small . Oven not working. noisy area cannot sleep from neighbours and tram voice . Donot like the towels and very cold despite maximum heating

Property was clean, lots of amenities. Hosts were easy to contact and check in and check out was smooth. Property is close to central Manchester and it was easy to get into town.

Nothing it was awful!

1) there was loads of rubbish left outside the front on arrival which did not smell or look good. 2) there was lots of litter in the back garden which was also completely overgrown. 3) the back door was left open and we had to call for a key to be brought so we could secure the house when we went out. 4) the tv didn’t work, it came on but no channels would load. 5) the toilet was loose on the wall. 6) the bathroom handle was broken inside the bathroom. 7) there were old toiletries left inside cabinets from previous guests. 8) all of the floors were sticky under foot. 9) there was a very strong smell of cannabis in the large front bedroom. 10 we were told that there had been a party going on in the house before our arrival which there wasn’t cleaned up as there was a mess left behind. 11 the bed linen and towels did not feel clean.

The location, the bedrooms were spacious

The kitchen - couldn’t use the oven it was broken, the bathroom was small and needs an uplift of decoration - more modern. Parking not clear - of where to park

Location was good and was close by to the shops

- wallpaper was peeling off the wall - there was a weird smell when you walked into the house not a bad smell but it just didn’t smell right like a very old smell - there’s a small step at the top of the stairs that someone could easily trip over and it’s right as you come out of the bathroom and you cannot see it , dangerous hazard - when me and my friends were in the living room talking at a normal tone, I kept getting messages to my phone stating that the noise levels were “too high” for what was allowed in the house, even though we were not even being loud whatsoever and we were just talking. - there was one toilet roll in the bathroom which was no where near enough - beds were not that comfortable

The oven didn't work but apart from that everything was great!

A lovely property with all the necessary amenities. The place was clean, comfortable and stylish. The location was perfect too. I would really recommend this property. The host was amazing, we left an item and they kindly went out their way to drop it off locally. I’ll definitely book again.
