Everything, did not even get to stay after booking was confirmed and paid for on the day they accepted the booking. Owner did not even answer the 3 attempts we made to call him in front of the premises and pressing the button multiple times also no answer. We had to turn around and head back home as we could not book in. This after having a 4 hour drive to Harties attended a course the whole day only to find out we cannot book in and had to drive back 4 hours again during the night. Till now we have not received our money back I have reported them to customer service. He only attempted to contact me via whatsup did not even have proper decency to contact me directly. O sorry my phone was on charge and they cannot accommodate us this after they confirmed the booking and payment was made to booking. com. Very unprofessional I will never recommend them to anyone!!!

The chalet was lovely and private. It was in a safe and convenient location. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, but not at all imposing. Would definitely book again!
