Sehr schöner Pool und Lage direkt am Hafenbecken des kleinen Ortes Marsaskala. Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht und laut Inhaberin bald die Möglichkeit, wenn die Hafenpromenade fertig renoviert ist, direkt mit dem Schiff nach Valetta zu fahren. Dazu gibt es Gratis Kaffee und kleine Süssigkeiten an der Rezeption.

Der Toilettendeckel konnte nicht von alleine oben bleiben, was etwas gestört hat. Ausserdem ist die Dusche nicht dicht gewesen, sodass es im Bad nach dem Duschen viel Wasser hatte. Dazu ist der Roomservice an einem Tag nicht gekommen und die Reinigungskräfte waren morgens relativ laut im Flur. Im Zimmer hatte es ausserdem Nachts ein paar unangenehm leuchtende Lichter (Klimaanlage etc.).

Personalul este de mare ajutor și amabil, este curățenie peste tot, camerele sunt micuțe, dar confortabile. Piscina este foarte frumoasă.

Era zgomot puternic din cauza lucrărilor din fața proprietății. Geamurile nu acoperă deloc zgomotul.

Picturesque hotel with great views over the harbor of Marsaskala. Lovely rooftop terrace with heated pool and scenic views over the harbor. Breakfast buffet with changing delicacies and good coffee. Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and facilities.

I was surprised about the quite early check out time, which is already at 10am. Be prepared to leave early. :)

What I liked the most was the unique combination of traditional charm and modern comfort. The hotel is designed in an old style but has been fully renovated, offering all the facilities you would expect today. Everything feels cosy and beautifully arranged, with a remarkable attention to detail. Although the space is not very large, it is extremely functional and thoughtfully organized. The atmosphere is very welcoming. We arrived late in the evening when the reception was not staffed, but everything was perfectly prepared for us: envelopes with our room key cards and clear instructions were waiting. In addition, there was a free coffee machine and cookies available every day – a small gesture, but one that created a very warm and pleasant feeling.

We were genuinely very satisfied with everything during our stay. The only minor inconvenience was the construction work on the promenade directly below our windows on weekdays, which caused some noise. However, this is clearly beyond the hotel’s control, and we understand that the works are expected to be completed by summer 2026. We can easily imagine how beautiful the view will be once everything is finished, and this did not significantly affect our overall positive experience.

Helaas werd er flink verbouwd aan de boulevard. Daardoor veel lawaai, minder sfeervol. Maar des te mooier de plek als het klaar is.

The location is far away from all of the amenities. It was super noisy because of the reconstructions around and noisy haiway that was active 24h.
