Comfy 5Bedroom Gem! Fenced Back Yard, Game Room, Free Parking, Snacks, Pet Okay!

The host was very sweet. Location kind to have a few snacks and coffee for the guest. Easy access Pool table was fun All the neighbors were very nice Overall, really not too bad a face would make this this place A+ Perfect 10 The host was super nice

The house could be really nice. It’s just everything was done so cheaply it’s hard to get comfortable. Dishwasher super dirty A fresh coat of paint could help you feel bit more comfortable when touching things such as the railing Also, some fresh carpet or laminate would make you feel way cleaner Overall, really a face would make this place incredible

Host was nice, responsive and accommodating. Home was clean and excellent value.

The home is good for a small family such as 3-4 people,

The home was spacious, however we were under the impression the home was a 4 bedroom (we had 8 adults and 2 children). The home was actually 3 bedrooms upstairs and the bed rail was very fragile and cheap feeling. They turned part of the dining room into a bedroom and tried to close it off with a metal rod/curtain, however, the light/opening from the kitchen prevented guest from enjoying this as a room. My daughter was bit several times from all of the ants around the home. There were also so many rules that we decided not to cook out and couldn't enjoy the home like we previously planned. ALSO, at night, every time someone left the home the ring camera would be lit up RED as if SOMEONE WAS ALWAYS WATCHING WHO WAS GOING IN AND OUT.... There was also not enough seating room in the home as there were only 4 bar stools that were extremely uncomfortable and one rocking chair by the pool table. Fold away chairs were available, however they were more for enjoying time outside/not to be comfortable in the home. We also feared sitting on the bed due to one of the rules about any stains on the sheets would be an EXTRA charge therefore we had to all stay in the living room and share the couch area. I also informed them I was driving 10 hours away and would like to check in 2 hours EARLY, However there was no response so we had to hang around until 4pm. The walls are so thin that if someone sneeze in a closed bedroom everyone downstairs can hear it, soon as you sit on the bed, it is extremely loud. I believe the host should update description to "3BD/3 BA HOME with 2 extra beds in living room with PLENTY OF HOUSE RULES".

We loved the water pressure, the very comfortable beds, and how easy everything was. It was definitely well worth the trip

the listing was a lie. It claimed more rooms than actually there... including the worst part..they had pictures of a dining room on listing and of bedroom with twin beds . it was a lie.. they had taken the dining room and put 2 beds in ut..eight off the kitchen... there was NO door to the kitchen AND just a too short curtain on the arch into the other room.. plus no firewood, which they said we would have..and my son sat in an outdoor chair which was already cracked because it completely broke and he went tumbling back hurting his wrist. I should sue for injury. also all the bathroom outlets were not working..when I messaged they made it sound like they didn't know but then also said they were sending an electrician but would have had to cancel our stay..garabage garbage. lies... they just had to reset the breaker which was located in the garage that they had completely locked up.. it was just slimy... then they took my deposit separately through ZeLLE..Cash! but now will only give back 200.. not even telling me why but also the chair was already broken. don't trust these people..they are slimy AND not around and NOT helpful. I'm still going thru bioking.com for resolution or I will never use them again either

The location was superb. Neighborhood was quiet. Shower was a dream.

Needs a few more cocktail glasses. Maybe a stronger front/back porch light.

I liked that it was 5-6 minutes from my sisters house. We were in town for a wedding celebration. My youngest son loved the stairs.

The pictures showed a ping pong table, but there was not a ping pong table at the house. Only a pool table.

The house is nice, in a nice neighborhood and comfortable as advertised.

For me, the memory foam bed in the master was uncomfortable. Possibly due to nursing a recent shoulder injury. Other than that, it was nice.

I like how the host was very responsive to questions and concerns, which was only 1. I was amazed at the appearance upon entering. Don't let the outside fool you inside are immaculate, and I would definitely reach out again for the stay.
