UAthis place has a good location and good price but I can not say more because they took money from me and just did not give the keys.
If you have a lot of bad mood and you are ready to make it worse you’ve come to the right address. I was just refused to move in after receiving money from me. Instead of apartments in the center, I was offered a house on the edge of town with 3 bedrooms. I was alone and for work I had to be always in the center so I refused. When I realized that nobody will give me money back and I will have to sleep in the street I got back together but they refused me also in this house . No one apologized to me and the money was not returned. I wrote in support and explained that I have no possibility to pay another guest. Now I’m trying to get my money back and 100 pounds compensation for the night on the street. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll go to lawyers.

GBCozy, has the basic facilities that I needed for my stay, and not far from the city centre with frequent bus service.
LABasic, but very clean and well-equipped little ground floor apartment. The possibility to cook simple meals or wash your own clothes would be a major plus for a longer stay, but I was only in town for a couple of nights. The wi-fi appeared to be very fast and stable. Very pleasant, helpful young couple looking after the place (not sure if it's their own, or if they just work for a management company). Pretty good location, just outside the west ringroad - about a 20-30 min walk into the town centre. There's a Spar convenience store right next door, which is handy. And there's a big drive-in McDonald's beside the ringroad a couple of hundred metres away, which is a helpful landmark when coming back at night. Although it's right beside a thunderous main road, the apartment is at the back of the house, and surprisingly well insulated from noise (pretty stout windows too, which helps).
The bedroom is very small, and the bed was a bit softer than I prefer - but comfortable enough. I found it difficult to control the water temperature in the shower: it seemed to take ages to stop running cold, regardless of the setting - but then would suddenly become scaldingly hot! Not sure what was going on with the central heating either: a small radiator in the bedroom seemed to come on for a short time overnight, but the ones in the living-room remained cold throughout. I also found the lock-box tricky to use, might have been a problem if the hosts hadn't happened to be there when I arrived. It's in an odd location, on the base of a tree on the front lawn - very low down, so, it's difficult to reach or see. And even when the combination was correctly set, I found the hatch too slippery to open (though that might just have been because my fingers were numb after walking from the train station in freezing rain!). The one slight problem I found was noise through the ceiling from the upstairs neighbours (don't know if they're residents, or also short-term guests). On my first night, they were running around like a herd of baby elephants until about 2.30am. That might have been a one-off issue, though; I didn't notice any noise on my second night.
GBApartment was clean and comfortable Really good lighting Fully furnished Comfortable double bed

GBLocation , and that the apartment was separated from the rest of the property with own little side garden with lock and key gate lending through Keys for the apartment were in a lock box outside , instructions on how to retain them was given in plenty time prior to travelling and was straight forward
Parking wasn’t great for big cars and as there was already one on the drive it would’ve meant blocking the other car , also drive way was on very steep hill Property also a little cold
GBVery handy location for Edgbaston. Lovely coffee shop next door.
On arrival at the accommodation the first thing that we found was that there was no hot water so we couldn't wash our hands or wash the crockery provided. We instantly got in touch with the management company who responded that we should use cold water. The accommodation was advertised as being suitable for three adults. Unfortunately the sofa bed is entirely unsuitable and was incredibly uncomfortable and not long enough for the average adult to fit on. The photographs on this site are accurate but ask yourself why is there a close up of the toilet seat and not the whole bathroom??? Many of the fittings appeared broken. I took photographs of all of these and sent them to the management company - their reply was that I had "peculiar needs" and shouldn't expect much from budget accommodation. We were so unhappy that we booked into a local Travel Lodge for the second night. Its beds were comfortable, and large enough; there was hot running water and it cost less than this apartment did. Our "peculiar needs" were entirely met by the Travel Lodge in a way that they weren't staying in this apartment. Neither the management or Booking.com are prepared to refund for providing accommodation that is not fit for purpose. BOOK WITH CARE!
GBWell furnished, comfortable, private. Mostly smart and stylish especially main room. Spacious. Very helpful host. Convenient location just around the corner from the grand Wellington Road. On main road (A38) but no road noise. Cafe and convenience store very close. Easy walk to Birmingham centre.
Parking space very short so car partially blocked pavement - a larger space was only available part of the time. Damaged external railing and poorly maintained rear garden (not accessed) made for poor outlook. Some fittings damaged. Some dusty corners.
