The size of the property was fine and the parking

The cleanliness wasn’t up to standard the oven was filthy! Not enough cutlery, plates, pans. No dishwasher. No plug to put in the sink to wash up. 3 towels for a family of 5 and no hand towels even though when asked about this they said they would send some round and no tea towels. The garden was so overgrown it was unusable and there was a conservatory with no furniture!

Close proximity to Worcester

The property served our requirements very well. No issues or problems

Quiet location, plenty of street parking, easy check in. The property, equipment and facilities were all very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately the description was misleading as it stated the entire unit was on the ground floor, which was why we booked it. So the flight of stairs was a challenge, but we copied for one night.

Off road parking for motorbikes walking distance to shops Beds all doubles and comfy enough

Bad stain on bedroom ceiling and kitchen garden over grown looks a little tired compared to others we have stayed in

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very comfortable beds.

Some rooms unfurnished with empty picture frames. Lack of kitchen items e.g. only 2 glass mugs
