It was in a great location to the boardwalk and it was very nicely decorated.

Could not close the blinds in the living room at night.

Cute, cozy and clean place. Exceptional host.

The parking situation.

Super clean, absolutely amazing location and it is so cute! Much better than a hotel for pretty much the same price if not cheaper.

Parking was hard overnight but if you don’t mind walking (we didn’t) you can park west of New Jersey.

- the place was clean and things were in working order - the listing pictures and descriptions were accurate - we liked the board games and the YouTube TV - the loading zone was very helpful for arriving and departing - the keypad on the door was easy to use - easy access to the boardwalk and dining options - communication with the host was great

- I understand the listing said no parking and the host was nice to offer some options but it was expensive to find overnight parking for 3 nights. We parked 2 blocks away at Maria’s parking for $60 per day. - the surfing dining table was cute but highly impractical as it was so small and the chairs were uncomfortable. - the shower water pressure was pretty weak - when people were walking by or spending time in the courtyard it was very noisy from inside the unit.

The location was good even though there was no view.

Needed to adjust trip one day to funeral. Tried contacting them, no response. Had Booking.com contact them. They would not move our dates by one day and we had to pay for the missed night or pay $350 to cancel. Had to pay $100 to extend our stay and pay for missed night. Were woken up by staff moving trashcans in the early hours one day and a maintenance man at 8am another day to fix the door that wasnt broken. Big stain on the sofa and hair in the tub. Our door was right by the trash cans. No closet to hang clothes.

The location to the convention was perfect for the weekend.

Outlets and Hooks. I would look into getting hooks for the wall. The ones that fold up when not using them. Or door hooks? We needed to hang a uniform and a dress and there as no where to hang it exp the coat rack or the towel hook in the bathroom.

Proximity to the boardwalk and delicious Douglass Candies, sufficiently equipped kitchen, charmingly decorated and bright.

No proper curtains on the windows in the bedroom so it was ext bright at night from outside lights.
