The apartment smelled a bit strange when I entered, but I immediately ventilated it well and then bought an air freshener, I actually didn't have any problems with it.  The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The shower could use a little renovation but works well (hot water, regular shower head and rain shower head)  The large freezer/fridge works perfectly and there is fresh cold and hot drinking water available (machine) as well as coffee, tea and sugar. There is a small balcony where you can barely put 2 chairs but with a sturdy backrest. The air conditioning works properly. There are many wardrobes and drawers to store everything. The apartment and its location are worth the price.  Finding the lobby of Lincoln Tower takes some searching. The taxi dropped me off at the entrance of the large shopping centre, but that's not where you want to be. On the street around the corner, next to a hotel, you can see an entrance to a parking building on the right, you have to drive in/walk in there and then you will automatically arrive at the lobbies of the various apartment towers. There you will find the mailbox and with a code that you receive on the check-in day you can open it and take the key out.  A special mention for the communication with the owner, it was excellent and the person helped me well when I was in the wrong place. 

In the kitchen there is only 1 bowl/pan and it did not work on the hob.
