"Acceptable as a home base but would not stay here again."

The place is a walkable distance from the capital and other buzzy sites, there is a lovely craft beer bar (POPP) just around the corner as well as a 24/7 shop. Public transportation is also near and accessible. There is a green patch outside the apartment where chicks and cockerels live - and they do a nice morning song - might be a turn off for some, but I enjoyed it. Kitchen is large and good for cooking, all the utensils you could need seem to be there.

The stay is alright, but far from lovely. It is very uncozy. The lights in the place are a horrible blue unhomey shopping mall shade; originally booked the place only because of the bath which was 1) tiny even for a relatively small human and 2) didn't even have a plug to be able to take a bath (and even if it had a plug, the boiler is far too small to support a bathing session). Cleanliness was okay but not exceptional. There were some things around the apartment semi broken - like a side table that had only the frame and the toilet cover holding on for dear life on one hinge.
