"Very disgusting, disappointing and frustrating."

I did not like how the host did not put an effort to fix everything prior us allowing to check in. i booked the hotel for us to be able ti swim and yet everything wasnt settled.. the ending was, i got so upset and frustrated and ended pur christmas holidays very stressed... the place has also cockroaches...

i did not like how the host did not put an effort to settle everything we need prior us allowing to check in. i booked for the sole purpose of us to be able to use the pool and yet were not able to do it because the host did not even cared to settle all the paper works! im so disappointed.. this is the worst booking i have ever made!
