"Photos are misleading. Poorly maintained property."

Property was NOT cleaned before our arrival and was dirty (see photos as proof). Previous guests soap was in the shower stall. Hair in the shower stall. Bathroom flush was NOT working and had been reported by a previous guest in the previous week and had NOT been repaired by the time we checked in! Payment links were sent just 2 hours prior to our arrival and ONLY when I asked for check in codes / details. Showers are old and don’t work well. Bathroom floors are old and dirty. Despite confirming with the host for 2 fans, there was only 1 fan ! Host had confirmed that there would be milk, water bottles, snacks in the care package. There was NOTHING. Mattresses were old and terrible. Kitchen light was flickering! Bedroom cupboards were dirty and state of despair. Would not recommend this property.

The location was very nice and near city center and the seaside , the balcony was really good and free parking was very helpful

Friendly but most importantly efficient and professional service! Had a very difficult request but showed great desire to find a solution. I would definitely use their services again. Apartment was exactly as described, great location. I will stay again!

Location. The Owner of the Appartment, Not the real state management, was a very respectful person and very accommodation... he should change the real estate management company.
