Malgré les vitres épaisses, on entend la rue mais heureusement elle n'est pas passante. Et autour de la piscine il manque une protection en verre pour diminuer le vent et surtout sécuriser ! Ca donne sacrément le vertige ! Et le canapé lit est bien pour 1 mais petit pour 2

Bel endroit propre avec une belle vue sur le toit. Très proche des resto ou des bars mais ça reste tranquile et reposant le soir dans ce secteur. Si je retournes à Playa Del Carmen, je rebook là sans hésiter.

It is a small basic studio apartment Not alot of restaurants close by so you must expect a bit of walking distance

There was no breakfast . Locaion was really bad so ghetto would not recommend it . Office Manager is so rude even though they were quick to take my money as i extended my stay from 2 nights to almost 2 weeks and was looking to extend for another she would not let me have a late checkout and demanded that i pay $30 for late checkout . I was charged a cleaning fee each time i extended however my room was not cleaned once. The room had cockroaches as well . would not recommend this place

Excellent location. Quiet at night, but close to the sea and restaurants. There is an excellent swimming pool on the roof. The owners have always been in touch.

I had problems with my internet connection. A technician came and it seemed to get better, but not perfect. Work calls were sometimes interrupted. The electricity went out a couple of times. It is advisable to replace the cookware. At least the frying pan.
