Studio apartments Yucca, 2-min to the beach and 5 to Trogir

Lage ist super. Man erreicht schnell die Innenstadt und mit dem Taxi auch schnell den Flughafen Split. Tolle Bäckerei in 100 m Entfernung. Der Service war sehr gut, check-in war reibungslos und uns wurde ein Transfer nach Split von der Unterkunft organisiert. Grundsätzlich war die Vermietung immer erreichbar.

Die Bilder versprechen ein viel größeres Apartment/Studio. Es ist jedoch ziemlich klein. Die Terrasse ist nur ein Drittel der Größe, da zwei Apartments nebeneinander sind und die Hauseingangstür dazwischen. Unser Badvorleger und das Geschirr war nicht sauber, als wir ankamen (trotz vorheriger Reinigung durch Personal). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine für alle Parteien im Haus.

Det er mange trapper som fører opp til den, men det er ingen terrasse.

The owner was quite friendly and replied quickly. We were coming late and she organised a late check-in. The bed is comfortable, and the place looks clean. Location is quite nice, as you can walk to the city by foot.

We asked to for a parking spot a month in advance and she told us that none was available, but when we arrived at the place, as we were arriving late, she allowed us to park near the house. There was a perfect spot for a small car... The room was on the ground floor. Quite small and with a really strong smell of mold. We thought it was related to the storm, which was in the city just a few days ago. We contacted the owner, and she claimed that there are no mold problems in the apartment, but recommended that we open up all water taps, as it might be related to the tubes. That helped, but unfortunately only for half an hour. Isolation in a room was not good, we could hear other guests in the apartment above, the washing machine which was right near our door and aeroplanes from the airoport nearby. We were travelling with our dog, and after one night, there were ants in her dry food and all around the floor. We were not comfortable at this place.
