The view and the space, and the price. Host gave clear instructions on checking in and parking.

The pool and public facilities are rather basic, security is not tight as outsiders can access the lift. And the surroundings are somewhat deserted. Luckily with clear instructions, else accessing parking and finding entrance to the unit could be really confusing.
