The property was good and well maintained. It was neat and clean.

We did not have a good experience from day 1 of our stay. We stayed there for 3 days. The day we checked in, the keys were not present in the lockbox where the host had mentioned it would be, as the previous guests took it with them. We did not have access to the garage or the property initially. Later when we went upstairs to the unit, the door was left open by the cleaning staff. So we could enter the unit . But again , we could not lock the door from inside as the lock was not working. We had to call the host on video to show it and then later the host arrived after 1 hour to check on the lock. He could understand our situation though couldn't help much as the person who can fix it was not available right away. He assured that he would get it fixed by the time we are back from our dinner . When we arrived after dinner, the door was locked and the key which was kept in the lockbox did not work. We had to again wait 1 hour in the hallway while the superintendent who could fix it would arrive with the master key. We had to wait in the hallway along with my 1 year old kid. Later the super arrived with the key and unlocked the door. The next day, we had to coordinate with the superintendent to get the new key working . Because of all this hassle, our trip did not go as planned for the first day. Though the host was polite and understanding, he could not help much as he couldn't fix the problem . I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place as you can find similar properties with much less price and hopefully without the hassle we faced.
