I loved the comfort, ease of access, security, layout, and the facilities. It is easy to find, near a big supermarket, about 13 minutes walk from the nearest beach. I love that there was 24 hour security, so I always felt safe as a solo woman traveler. There was a working elevator to get to my 4th floor flat. Big mirror and comfortable couch. The bed was big, the Wi-Fi was strong, the kitchen had almost everything I would want for a 5 day stay or longer (I'm not sure if there was silverware? ). I didn't use the kitchen much for such a short stay. There was a fridge and a balcony, dish soap and sponge provided. Soap in the shower and bath towels and beach towels. Mop and broom are available too. It was nice enough that I would go back with a romantic partner/lover. (If you are ok with one big room and separate bathroom) It really had everything and was perfect for me as I have friends who live nearby. The security staff was very kind and friendly, and the host very responsive on text. The pool upstairs is nice and is easy to access and has a shower if you want to rinse off after the beach or the pool. I would stay again or consider renting this place long term. It's nice.

Really I have no complaints. Just know that you are a bit removed from the beach and the tourist part, but it is just 10 minutes walk towards the ocean and you'll be there. I liked being a little father because it's more quiet and I'm near friends. Also, if you have any issues with water temperature or leaks - just contact the host for help. And, there is filtered water in the lobby! (None in apt) Thank you, Vanessa24!

Loved the location, Great size room with everything we needed for our 10 day stay, Roof top Pool amazing to relax , 15 mins walk to Beach, 5 mins to Mega Super big super market , 7mins to Walmart, about 10 mins to Fifth Avenue

Everything is really good - very modern and comfortable apartment and bed. We had no problems with street parking there, although you need to pay for it. Location is bit further from the beach (around 15 min). It’s near a large super market which is convenient. The area is quiet, good noise isolation in the apartment.

However there are a few things that can be improved: Mattress cover and bed sheet are a bit small for the bed, and they always slide and come off. The shower head had less than half of the holes working. So would be nice to have it fixed/cleaned. We also had issues with hot water - it seems that it runs out after 3 min of showering (and not enough for the second person) It would be nice if they had shampoo and extra toilet paper. We couldn’t check in because we arrived after 9pm and they couldn’t let us in, though they did refund us for the first night.
