Serenity House

Quiet location but not too far from the beach

The house was very clean and recently refurbishes with tasteful décor.

The house was smaller than what it looked in the photos. 3 out of 5 mattress were poor quality and as a result 2 o us had to sleep on the floor and when we brought it to the host attention in the morning, she asked us to leave and find another place which was unreasonable as we only had booed the place for 2 nights. She also refused to consider a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Lovely house, lots of space, great facilities

Loved the space, decor, each had our own room. Games were a huge hit with the kids.

Parking space very narrow but soon got hang of it

Great facilities, fab host, great space and close to Bournemouth.

Nothing to dislike. One of the rooms had a stuck door but the host was fab at communicating and helping us sort!

The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and welcoming. It was very clean & smelt great! My daughter loved the games room, and the adults loved the convertable dining/pool/ping pong table. It's not an issue, but a tv in the middle bedroom would be nice. Great location with everything being a short walk or drive away. We didn't want to leave. We would definitely recommend it and would return for our next family stay in Bournemouth.

Very clean with all new facilities. Games room on the top floor was a hit with the kids.

Can’t fault the property

The house was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and very welcoming. We stayed for two nights and were actually disappointed we weren’t there for longer. All of the rooms were fantastic on all three floors. We all thoroughly enjoyed the table tennis and pool table (ages from 8 to 73!) and the pac man machine was a great touch in the attic room. It was really well located with a private parking space. The host was readily available to answer any questions. I am originally from Bournemouth and wanted somewhere close to the centre and family. I will definitely look to book the house again and would highly recommend.
