El trato del personal y las instalaciones

El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. No reponian el gel y uno de los dias salimos a las 9 de la mañana, regresamos a la habitación a las 3 y no la habían hecho ni en todo el dia, nos tocó hacer la cama y reutilizar las toallas que estaban para lavar

Mega slechte service. Tijdens het inchecken liep de gastvrouw lilian meerdere keren weg naar haar vriendje aan de andere balie om te staan kleffen. Daarna kregen we te horen dat de Kamer niet klaar was. We moesten 20 wachten zodat ze kon gaan checken. Intussen maar een drankje gaan doen in de bar. Na nog een drankje en bijna een uur verder kregen we te horen dat niemand de Kamer meer schoon wilde maken. Inmiddels was het zo laat dat we ook geen gebruik meer van het zwembad konden maken, we zouden een andere ( minder luxe!) Kamer krijgen zonder jacuzzie. Belachelijk dus. Uiteindelijk hebben we gekozen voor ons geld terug en zijn we bij de buren naar de melia level gegaan. Daar was de service gelukkig fantastisch! We kwamen hier heel regelmatig, maar dit was zeker de laatste keer!

La camarera del Restaurante Eva una incompetente y maleducada con nosotros. Con los extranjeros le cambia el carácter, una lastima

Me gustó mucho como estaba distribuida la habitación, y la cantidad de utensilios para la comodidad de la estancia . Me gustó que había para hacerse un café o un té. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y el servicio también.

Que la hora de cheking in sea muy tarde, teníamos que esperar hasta las 16:00 para poder solicitar la habitación. Por lo demás , está muy bien. Saludos

Our room was big with the single beds we had asked for. The bathroom had both a shower and bath which was wonderful. The location for what we wanted was superb. Not an outstanding view from the balcony but it was ok (we looked at the solar panels below). Choice of food was super in the dining room for breakfast. The location for the Benidorm Palace was fabulous.

No toilet roll holder - it had obviously broken and the little fridge didn't chill very well. What surprised us was the lack of staff supervising some of the things going on around the pool - the signs clearly state no drinks in the pool yet people were drinking and playing ball games in the pool. Also young men were playing football in the pedestrian area between the two pools and often the ball hit people and went into the pool - no staff around to stop it.

Que cerca está el parque acuático de Benidorm, pero sinceramente no nos hizo falta salir del hotel para buscar diversión ya que con las actividades organizadas por parte de Maria y como las llevaba a cabo la animadora Silvia (simpatica, cercana, amable, divertida, y nos hacía sentir como en una fiesta casera sin sentido del ridículo ni vergüenza) los 2 días nos hicieron sentir muy agusto.
