El sitio es tal cual como se ve en las imágenes, es muy acogedor y está muy bien ubicado

La limpieza, desde el primer día que llegamos parece ser que no limpiaron debajo de la cama, estaba lleno de polvo, y el horno estaba sucio muy sucio, como si hubieran cocinado y no se limpio, por otra parte sería bueno que dejaran paños.

Everything! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, modern, practical, amazing for two people! Location is amazing, the neighborhood is very nice, lots of restaurants and pubs very near. The center is a 30 minute walk away which is amazing. The ciudad de Las ciencas y Las Artes is about 10 minutes away, as well as the main park which surrounds the site, which is just below the accomodation! Wonderful experience 🥰

The pillow is a bit thin, the AC is a bit weird, there were no kitchen towels or napkins. However that did not affect our stay at all!

Gute Lage, wenn man Valencia erkunden möchte und zugleich ein paar Strandbesuche plant.

Unterkunft laut Buchung war mit Terrasse/Balkon ausgestattet. Das war nicht der Fall. Weder die Agentur, noch Booking haben sich auf Nachfrage um dieses Thema gekümmert. Ausstattung seeeehr basic. Qualität der Einrichtung billig. Keine Handseife, keine Geschirrtücher, keine Haken. Agentur hat vor checkout die Entsorgung von dem Müll verlangt. So eine Aufforderung hatten wir noch nie.

We liked the location and the cleanliness of the apartment. Everything was great, comfort 5/5. Everything is within walking distance, and it’s a quiet area for being in the city center.

There were no trash bags or a sponge for washing dishes (although dish soap was available, probably left by previous guests), and no cutting board. After contacting customer support, they replied quickly, but the next day only delivered trash bags and dish soap (forgot about the cutting board). I also didn’t like the single-use shampoo sachets — they are inconvenient and impractical considering the standard of the property and the price per night. I recommend that install dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner (hair conditioner is especially important after swimming in the sea).
