It was nice and clean

The bed broke on my brother and than pest control came in while we were staying there.

I loved the location. It was very convenient and close to everything including our sister church and all the attractions. The area is very nice and the facility was very equipped with everything you need and extra. There was not much you had to provide for your family during the stay. Parking was great also.

I did not like having to climb four flights of stairs to get to the facility. It was a bit much having to haul everything up and down those stairs. My fiancé has knee issues and had to leave early because he couldn’t take those stairs. It agitated his knee and he was in excruciating pain. I also was not happy with the fact that we didn’t have access to the big pool. That was one of the reason for booking this facility was because of the pool on site. Although my family made the best out of the pool that was accessible to us it was still disappointing. The only issue within the facility was the tv in the master bedroom was broken so we weren’t able to use it. I was offered a replacement but declined. All in all our stay was great and the facility is a great home away from home.

Overall clean, great communication with host.

Keypad difficult to use. Ended locking us out due to code not working.

Location, cleanliness, decor

Had a shower drainage issue in primary bathroom, however the staff was accommodating and resolved it quickly.

Inside nice and clean.

Outside the aisle and the stairs are in no good condition. Dirty and a lot of bugs on the stairs.
