Happy Stay Lisbon - Suite with a view, private terrace & AC

It has a lovely terrace with a city view. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was very nice and greeted us and showed us around

The neighbors, a bit loud and messy

brak dojazdu samochodem do obiektu , dojście chodnikiem ok.50 metrów przez odludne i nie "ciekawe miejsce" sąsiadka jest wscibska i jej koty cały czas siedziały na moim tarsie , na I pietrze pokoje wynajmują chyba jacyś handlarze bo wracają późno w nocy i rzucaja torby na podłagę co bardzo słuchać , stare wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki.

Sehr schöne Lage unweit des bekannten Miradouro (jeder Taxifahrer in Lissabon weiss wohin, wenn man sagt "nossa Senhora do Monte"). Angenehmer Stadtteil Graca mit vielen Restaurants und Cafes in gehnähe. Etwas ursprünglicher und nicht so sehr touristisch wie die Baixa. Man kann leicht die bekannte Tram 28 erreichen.

Fijn appartement op een toplocatie! Prachtig balkon. Heel aardige en behulpzame host!

Bed is iets aan de smalle kant en een extra handdoek was fijn geweest.

Compact but very comfortable - had everything we needed (laundry detergent & air conditioning was a definite plus). Loved sitting on the terrace, 2 minutes to the best Miradoura for sunsets and the view, within walking distance of Pingo Doce grocery store, pick up and drop off by Uber at the Miradoura was convenient & easy, lots of good restaurants within 20 minute walk. Michelle met us and walked us through the property and have great advice/suggestions.

When you are out on the terrace, be sure to keep one of the patio doors slightly open so you don’t accidentally lock yourself out. Don’t be put off by the graffiti and worn down look of the area, we actually felt quite safe.

Stunning view from the terrace, good localization, helpful host

The apartment is small but cozy, with a wonderful balcony boasting an amazing view. It's conveniently located right next to the observation point, where you can easily catch a tuktuk to the center.

However, there are some broken items that need fixing, which slightly detract from the apartment's usability.
