Absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults. Beautifully appointed. To enjoy such clear views of Fujisan during our stay was a WOW factor! Stunning sight from the balcony or living room AND THE BATHROOM - BLISS! The welcome bottle of wine and local souvenir were thoughtful gestures and much appreciated. A brief walk to the lake and an easy bicyle ride to Asama market and other local spots. Our bicycle mechanic son praised the quality of the bikes and all the family took advantage of cycling everywhere including Kawaguchiko. Highly recommended. Spoil yourselves!

Me and my family stayed at this property for 4 days. We really enjoyed it! Especially the spectacular view of Mt. Fuji from the living room. The house was so comfortable and we felt like home! We will definitely stay there if we visit the area again.

Amazing view, amazing place. Everything was clean and tidy.

There were no spices or tea/coffee. So you have to remember to buy them.

Comfy beds. Great view of Fujisan. Very responsive to messages. Picked up and dropped off at the train station very easily. Such a beautiful house with great amenities.

My elderly mother wasn't a fan of the stairs to get into the house.

We love everything here. It was a perfect place for family/friends as it was spacious and we could see Mt.Fuji in the living room. Thank you Sakae for looking after us. 100% highly recommended❤️

Great location. Great house, very clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay with very comfortable beds. There was washing tablets for the washing machine, a clothes airer, lots of towels and toiletries plus everything you needed in the kitchen. As it was February we used the heaters which were great, and a nice touch was the underfloor heating :-) We were lucky to have an excellent view of Mt Fugi for one of the days. (The other 2 days was cloudy) We walked down to the lake which was a 5 minute walk. We had a car so didn't need picking up, but the host did offer to pick us up from the local station. Would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to explore this area of Japan.

Incredible location with amazing views of Mt Fuji. Nice quiet area away from the busy city centre.
