The location is good, the apartment is clean

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. During our stay, there was no running water in the house, which made it extremely difficult to enjoy our time there—especially considering it was 35°C outside. No one contacted us at any point to check how we were managing without such a basic necessity. When we complained and asked for a refund, we were offered a very small amount, which we reluctantly accepted—but we never received the payment. Overall, this was very unprofessional and frustrating.

"Room is nice, location is ok but no elevator to help with luggages to second floor then it is not for me ever again!"

Provide washing/dryer machine

No elevator! Had to carry luggages up to the room in second floor about 50-60 steps/stairs!😱🥲

"Amazing"

It's impossible to be cleaner. Everything was new too. What you see on the photos you'll get!

Location is not amazing but the tram station is super close. So are supermarkets.
