The layout and the house itself is pretty nice

This lave can be amazing but it’s so grossly poorly managed , was completely filthy when I arrived I don’t even know where to start , rubbish everywhere , dirty linen , towels , left over food and even bags , full pins , stinky, cigarettes, vapes , stained linen, no soaps , no heating, no hot water, zero communication from the host , was just horrible

I liked that the property was clean and neat. It is also close to the town Center and shops.

Nothing

Absolutely awful! Every wall is marked and scuffed, no shower head on shower when arrived, sent someone round with wrong part, then expected to keep coming back during our holiday. Single bed had about 4 slats left, sofa broken, beading around skirting all snapping off, broken bin, kitchen had a horrific smell, front door clearly has been broken in then badly repaired, bed sheet and pillow case stained as were bath mats. Advertising this as luxury is absolutely disgusting, owner then refused to reply to my complaint and still is now. Also in a horrible area, right on the main round and all you can hear is boy racers zooming past. I've stayed in so many accommodations like this, by far the worst I've ever experienced! It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures
