"Overall disappointed with apartment as very poor balcony/ terrace as no sun at all"

Neighbours from hell , screaming crying baby every night all night!! Couldn't get patio doors to secure and lock at all ..no sun on garden , balcony at all , kept awake by neighbours and very noisy lift tight next door .

Location is very good for access to Callao Salvaje, shops, buses, bars, cafes and restaurants - also very close to pool and only a short walk to the beach. The apartment has been upgraded internally and is well furnished.

The apartment is quite dark, even on a bright sunny day. The terrace area only really gets the sun for a short period around the middle of the day (in January at least!).
