"Unexpected disappointed stay"

Close parking and easy access into unit. Unit seemed clean but could use updating.

Bad reviews from bed from back in 2023 and the same issues still are present. The shower cold water valve was broken and didn't notice until late at night, makes me wonder how they clean the shower knowing this valve was broken. Pictures must have been taking some time ago.

Literally, everything! The hospitality and the length they go through to make sure YOU have a good time/stay is above and beyond! Bessie is amazing and I’d recvimend ALL their properties to anyone looking to stay in Malibu! I can’t say enough good things!
