Excellent location right next to the hotel. Comfortable bed and space. Host was super attentive.

Beautiful surrounding area in Shanty Creek Resort.

A bit pricey.

Towels and sheets were good quality and clean. Stocked kitchen utensils and cookware. Staff were very responsive. Location was good. Secure.

Loved the condo itself. Very cute, clean and comfortable. This room was spotless and well equipped. I would absolutely stay here again if the sliding door to the patio wasn’t broke

The patio door was unable to be opened. The lock bar was removed but the key thing looked broke off and there was no way to unlock the door to open. We were told we would have to walk around the building if we wanted to sit on the patio. This took away from the experience. And no we didn’t walk around to sit outside. No one would come to look and fix the door. Had we known we couldn’t open the slider we would not have booked this room. We always book balcony rooms and love to end the day on the balcony(or in this case, a patio). It might not seem like a big deal, but it was annoying and like purchasing a hotel room without a balcony. Plus others before us mentioned a pool pass, we kind of knew we weren’t going to have one. But we were hoping we were wrong. It wasn’t advertised with a pool pass so no wrong doing. But that slider door really pissed me off for some reason.

The host was extremely accommodating. This is a cute little condo on a quiet and pretty resort. I love that the lake and restaurant is down the road! This is a beautiful area and extremely clean! The condo is well kept and cozy. We are definitely going back around Thanksgiving!
