Ladder was uncomfortable to climb in barefoot.

Perfectly located, honestly we found ourselves regretting buying metro passes since everything was faster to walk to from where we were. It's tiny, but for 2 people it's quite comfortable if you're out most of the day, or if only 1 person is working from home from the fold out table. Really liked the historical building it's in and the washer was great to have. Overall it was our favourite stay of any hotel or Airbnb in Spain. (Also the businesses on the street are all great places to eat and drink.)

It didn't bother us at all, but the bathroom is tiny, so if you're 2m+ you'll probably want to pick someplace else. Also a note on the noise from the street, walking around there's literally nowhere in the neighborhood that isn't the case. You'll want to pick a different area of Madrid if you want to avoid street noise. It wasn't bad at this place since you're quite high up from the street.

The apartment was in a good location, easily accessible to every tourist attraction. I saw that other people complained about the stairs but they are ok if you're not too lazy. The apartment was clean and smelled very good.

I was alone and it was ok. Probably for more people, it's a bit small. It's a bit noisy in the morning or when the neighbors come or go out.

Small but very clean apartment, located in the city center. You can have everything what you need for a couple of days. 00-24 access.
