Two apartments 250m from las americas Beach

The location was great! Overall a lovely apartment and would definitely return and recommend to people!! We had an amazing stay with an amazing view from front and back of the apartment😍😍

We loved everything about the property, the only downside was both the middle and top floor toilets kept blocking we did managed to unblock them but it happened a few times, and the shower drains wouldn’t go down very fast so had to keep stopping the shower to avoid flooding but over all was a beautiful place

Loads of space and 3 separate toilets 2 shower rooms terrace and 2 balconys.

Location very noisy but we expected that as per previous reviews bring ear plugs or use earphones. I made an error upon booking 3 adults 1 child. I should have booked for 4 adults. Was then charged nearly €300 to add 1 to our booking. You pay for the property not the occupancy. Bed base was completley broken and unusable we discovered this upon going to bed later on arrival night. Had to use mattress on the floor for the entire booking. Shower head and hose was broken on second floor shower room this was rectified on 3rd day. Im beyond angry and most certainly will never book with this property again. Booking and host never sorted our issues.

location was perfect, a few minutes from the supermarket, siam park, beaches, golden mile. The property had stunning views. There was a lovely welcome basket on arrival with everything we needed.

excellent location in the heart of Las Americas and close to the beach, apartment tidy and well equipped

a bit difficult to park in the evening
