GBThis was our first stay in bacton. Such a lovely area, a beautiful beach and a wonderful chalet park. Our chalet was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The chalet park is so well kept and quiet. The lovely beach is just a short walk away.. There was lots of useful and helpful communication. Messages were answered very quickly. There was one misunderstanding about check out time. I had booked a late check out last minute, and the cleaners were not informed. It was handled very politely and sorted very quickly. It was just one of those things. We really enjoyed our stay. I really hope we can visit again

GBClean, compact, quiet, lots of TV channels, warm and cosy. Mostly everything we expected in a value for money let.
Bathroom fan did not work. Double bed not as comfortable as we would have liked (a bit too firm).
GBWe love rainbows end and have stayed at this site many times, it’s our first time at this chalet, it’s in a lovely location and a great base for exploring north Norfolk with the most amazing beach a stones throw away. The accommodation was basically furnished and clean great for a short break.
The chalet smelt musty like it had been shut up and needed a good airing, the mattress protectors felt very sandy and on arrival we were greeted with a toilet roll tube by the front door. Simple things that could have been avoided.
GBthe location was great! it was a 5 min walk to an amazing beach, had easy parking and was in a fairly secluded area. there were cafes near by and a Tesco only a short drive away. there were also a range of beach toys for building sandcastles etc which was nice.
There were ants in the bedroom and we were told 2 days prior that we would have to bring our own bug repellant. this made it feel like the chalet wasn't ready to have visitors. furthermore you have to provide EVERYTHING. by everything I mean, toilet roll, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. I went for 2 days and had to buy a brand new roll of bin bags and a whole bottle of washing up liquid. furthermore you personally have to take the bin bags out and walk them to the refuse at the end of the stay. the beds are uncomfortable and the toilet will randomly continue to flush for a while. although our trip was relaxing once everything was out of the way, it felt like we had to do a lot of work to get to that point. I wouldn't recommend it of you are going for a short stay and need relaxation as it was more hassle than relaxation. oh, and they don't stop sending you emails once its booked. they will constantly remind you about check out times and the bugs and the stuff you need to do for them.
