La vue depuis la terrasse, la situation géographique (10mn de Sanremo) l'agencement de l'appartement et le wi-fi

Le manque d'équipements de l'appartement, l'absence de parking à proximité et le côté bruyant de la rue où il y a un fort passage

L’accès se fait directement sur une route dans un virage (même pas de trottoir) La terrasse donne sur cette route très fréquentée c’est tellement bruyant et pollué du coup La plage n’est pas trop loin mais il faut grimper cette même route
