B1 Verdeguer - Flat close to the Beach

El apartamento está bien situado, nos fue fácil encontrar las llaves y abrir, el apartamento estaba aparentemente limpio y tenía de todo e incluía como atractivo una plaga de cucarachas

Al llegar tuvimos que matar unas cuantas cucarachas, no le dimos mucha importancia, al día siguiente unas pocas más... La tercera noche fue una locura, salían por todas partes, a las 19 le pedimos al anfitrión que si podía solucionarlo, a las 3 horas contestó y nos dijo que podía buscarnos algo... Bueno dormimos esa y otra noche más y fue incapaz de encontrar una solución. Así que si vais ya sabéis si tenéis el mismo problema no os ayudarán en nada.

The location of the property is very good. Walk distance from the cost, supermarket around, many cafes, bus st just in front of the property with buses that takes you to the city centre.

However, there is a bar right next door to the property. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s worth mentioning that sometimes you can hear people talking quite loudly at night. The main issue, however, was the cleanliness. When we arrived, the apartment looked clean at first glance, but within ten minutes we had to kill the first cockroach of the weekend. At that point, we thought maybe the place had been closed for a few days and that finding one was just bad luck but unfortunately, we were wrong. By the end of the stay, we had killed a total of 11 cockroaches. It was very unpleasant and made us feel quite uncomfortable. The apartment definitely needs proper pest control / extermination before hosting new guests.

El llit super comode

Encanda todo bien limpio y muy cerca de la playa y muy cerca del trasporte público

Appartamento monolocale attrezzato con tutto ( phon in bagno, biancheria per il letto, attrezzatura cucina ecc...) molto pulito, letto comodo e silenzioso. Comodo per il servizio autobus e vicino al porto . Ci siamo trovati benissimo, grazie per l'ospitalità!!
