De Luma Alma 9 bedroom with 8 bathroom

House is clean.. A lot of bedroom and bathroom.. suitable for big family staycation..

Just a suggestion.. Maybe you can add water dispencer and cup so easier to drink hot or cold water at night or early morning..

Place is spacious with ample car parks. Location was alright as the place was generally quiet but no shops found within walking distance. Need to drive out to buy any stuff.

Did not like the following :- 1) The place was not cleaned properly i.e floor not swept properly and 2 toilets has some foul smell 2) The iron was not working and the hair dryer was faulty (when switched on there is fire with smoke). Made a complait and it was replaced the following day. 3) The main door was difficult to open. Have to try a few times to open it, as battery was low. Made complaint and new battery was installed the 3rd day after which it was ok. 4) The heaters in 2 toilets were not working. Made complaint and the technicians were not able to fix it. This never got fixed until the day we left. 5) The Induction Cooker was also found to be not in working order. 6) From time to time we notice cockroaches roaming in the toilets 7) No mirror is provided in some rooms/toilets 8) The toilet lock is broken in the 1st room 9) The water from the aircon leaks in the living room. Found water on the floor after long usage. This is dangerous as the tile floor has become slippery. 10) Found the utensils/crockeries in the kitchen are limited. The place looks dull and think needs a makeover.

It's a good property for a big family/friends to gather together. The staff are very responsive as well and will keep check out on us whether if we need any assistance.

Hygiene- floor was not very clean when we check in

A very special homestay experience. There are 9 rooms with 8 bathrooms, so you don't have to fight for bathrooms. The environment is quiet and you can sleep well. It's also close to Aeon Mall.

It would be more convenient if there was a Water Dispenser Drinking water is very important for so many people staying here.
