"Extremely disappointing after travelling from Australia and not even have a basic accommodation requ"

In all honesty, the issues completely overshadowed any positives and had a negative effect on the stay and overall trip to the UK

Kitchen was dirty, had to wash all crockery, cutlery and some pots and pans. Also had to wipe out the cutlery drawer and wipe kitchen surfaces as all were dirty after purchasing our own cleaning products as nothing was available which is a real kick in the guts considering $85 charge incurred for cleaning!!!

"Well equipped studio appartment, however it was too noisy so very little privacy."

The place is equipped with everything for short or long stays and close to a commercial area.

The walls are too think, you can hear litteraly everything. I would expect a lower price given that there is no privacy and you hear absolutely everything from the other appartments.
