Great location and spacious property

The location is close to city center (Giralda is at 15 mins on foot) Good ice cream and restaurants close by. Expensive parking nearby. I guess for summer may be a cooler apartment, but it was cold in the winter.

The name of the apartment itself is hilarious, as in reality it is dark and narrow (check pictures). The collection of the keys was a 10 mins (one way) walk - the agency decided to communicate that 5 mins prior to my arrival. The second bedroom, the main reason I chose this apartment, does NOT have room for 2 people, as the bed does not extend, as stated. I see now this was mentioned by other travelers but the agency was very surprised by my comments. The apartment is not clean ( the bed sheets were clean). The hot water was enough for aprox two 5-mins showers (small boiler for 4 people). Very noisy neighbours, one can hear everything was spoken/done in upper floors. There is no natural air other then the window/door in the living room. Bedrooms and kitchen have a "balcony" which does not have fresh air, just cooking odors from upstairs neighbours. Expected better for the price paid.

Brilliant location from which to explore the cities historical sites and restaurants. Walk out the front door and you are immediately next to an excellent coffee shop and bakery which is perfect for that morning coffee and pastry. 2 mins walk from the famous Mushroom.

Neighbors were a bit noisy, but settled down after I pushed a note under their door. Please add a broom and pan to the cleaning equipment.

The apartment itself is clean, roomy, and warm, with enough lighting, and the kitchen is completely equipped with appliances. Although they have old coffee makers, a capsule coffee machine is more convenient. The rooms are big and include closets for storing clothes. However, in a smaller bedroom, the bed is too large, and the mattress is not the appropriate size. We cannot use this room for two people. One individual slept on the sofa in the living room. The wifi worked well. Overall, extremely good. The walls and windows are not soundproof; you can hear noises from adjacent buildings and the street, but this is expected for a downtown apartment. There are two apartments for rent in the building, managed by Minty Stay, we were in a larger one, located on the 1st floor. The building does have an elevator, which is nice. The apartment features an interior balcony. The problem with this balcony is that the apartments above you have kitchen windows, so you can "enjoy" the smell of cooking dishes. The apartment is located in the city center, near the Metropol Parasol. We did not have a car, and I did not notice a parking lot near the apartment. The apartment is close to various restaurants, pubs, cafes, ice cream shops, Carrefour, Green Market, and Aldi. It is away 15-20 minutes from the major bus station, in Plaza de Armas, where you can take the EA bus to and from the airport. If you can find a Bolt taxi, you can pay less than 20 euros per route to and from the airport.

Overall, everything went pretty well. Maybe, I could say, that we need more brochures and maps of Seville. Additionally, it would be wonderful to receive a bottle of water and coffee as a welcome gift upon arrival at the apartment. If anyone cares about television, there are only Spanish channels available. There were some small things problems, dusty areas, but it was not an issue of worry.
