"The most beautiful place in the centre of Breda!"

I loved the owners. They were very helpful and nice! Would definitely come back and have recommended it to family if they have friends staying!

We didn’t spend enough time there! I wish we could have stayed longer! It was a bit hard with the 2 yr old and the stairs but we made it work!

Close to the center and the trains for traveling to other places in Holland. A lot of privacy! The apartment has everything for a nice and comfortable stay.

"Super nice"

The breakfast was sublime (a breakfeast), very nice hosts and excellent location.

It was quite cold and it took a while to figure out the heating, but once informed everything was ok.

The location was amazing, close the train station and we walked easily to the city center. The host was very kind and helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this B&B to others. The perfect stay if you want to explore Breda.

"Gorgeous stay in Beautiful Breda"

Great short stay in a lovely location. Gem of a place to stay, your own floor at the top of a house. Very stylish & cosy living & bed room, + great little covered patio. Amazing shower in bathroom and the optional breakfast each morning was fab and very much kept us going till lunch time!

"A cozy, romantic stay close to the heart of Breda."

Everything is clean and well-organized, the interior decoration is phenomenal, the bed was beyond comfortable and the shower legendary. Robert and Aagje are great people and they really did their best to accommodate us, provide us with information, suggestions and fun times. We came to Breda as a couple and left as an engaged couple and the entire experience was beyond exceptional. It was amazing sharing these precious, memorable moments in 't Speelhuys. Also, Storm. I don't know how one wouldn't like the best boy in all of Netherlands.

Nothing worth noting here.

"At home far from home"

The appartement is great, perfectly located and you can walk in the city center. The area is lovely and very calm, you could hear birds singing in the morning :) The appartement is decorated with a great taste and bed is so comfortable! The host are lovely.
