Casa Esmeralda, 7 min to beach, Garage

La comodidad del apartamento. Tenía todo lo necesario y las camas eran cómodas.

Hemos elegido el apartamento por la piscina y tan sólo estuvo el agua apta para el baño durante la mitad de la estancia.

Great flat for our family holiday! The flat is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms (3 beds) and 2 bathrooms. The common areas are spacious and the terrace overlooks the pool, which wasn't too busy for July. The apartment was quiet and it was a 15 minute walk to the centre & beach. There is parking which is always great. Estepona is beautiful and more relaxed than other areas by the coast like Torremolinos. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend, good value for money :)

The apartment is a 15/20 min walk from the beach and uphill. We were aware of this so not a problem at all for us, but do bear it in mind if you have any mobility issues. The parking was a bit tricky to find as it is in the Basement 3. Our spot was initially taken by other car so we got offered a different spot, however this was tiny, if you car is medium/big size it won't fit. After the second day we were able to park in the original spot so it wasn't a problem. Upon arrival we noticed some stains in the sheets for the double bed, they didn't feel dirty but given the size and colour of the stained areas it would appear they might have not been washed properly. These are only minor things, our stay was lovely and the flat is great. I would definitely recommend.

Didn't realise it was at the top of a steep hill if you were walking back from the town it was quite a strenuous walk back up.

The apartment is just like the images and everything as described. It's a very nice, clean and very comfortable apartment.

This is just personal choice. I thought the bed was way too soft. My wife thought it was absolutely fine. The apartment is possibly a little further from the beach than 7 minutes, but it is easily walkable as is the old town.

Everything was perfekt, the apartment is new and very well equipped, very clean. We enjoyed our stay 100%

Had a great stay at this apartment, very new and modern, spotlessly clean. Pool is lovely too, bed super comfy I actually haven’t slept that well away from home for a long time. Would recommend.

We didn’t mind the walk into the town but it is quite hilly on the way back to the apartment if you don’t have great mobility could be an issue, easy enough to get about using the electric scooters.

The location gave good access to the old town, the walk to the beach certainly took more than the 7 minutes listed, however in just a couple of minutes you are on the edge of the old town and its a pleasing walk to take that route to the beach area.
