"At the least it was a place to sleep."

The location

I reserved a king suite, we got two beds. What is the point of a reservation when it doesn’t reserve the room. I also got option to pay at the hotel, but was charged way before because they thought i was part of some function that was happening, never asked me why i reserved which was for grandsons heart surgery. Also looked for full breakfast, didn’t get that. I had to ask for breakfast and it had to be handed to me because they had it hiding in the back of front desk. Then there was only cold water. The floor had not been mopped. At least we had a place to sleep.

"I will never stay here again"

The location.

The bugs, the improperly working bathroom, the horrible lighting, the noise, and the fact you couldn’t access your room without having to go to the front desk to have them open the door that was supposed to open with a room key that didn’t work each time you wanted to enter entering your room or the building.
