When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the access to the spa and indoor pool is available at an extra cost. Slippers, bathrobe and pool towel can be rented at an extra cost of EUR 5. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa. Please note that the easiest way to reach the property is going through the city of Varese and not Switzerland. Spa access is available on request and must be booked in advance. Please note that air conditioning is available only from 09.06.2025 till 14.09.2025. The restaurant will be closed on 12/25/25 - 12/31/25 - 01/01/26 open only in the evening. Spa hours for the holidays will be as follows: 25/12 from 14:00 to 20:00 31/12 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m 01/01 from 14:00 to 22:00. There is an additional charge to use the spa: €35 ​​per person on December 31, 2025. A deposit may be required at the property.
