Really noisy guests with shouting and banging in middle of night. Not dealt with by staff.

Being close to the motorway the location is good

No bin in the bedroom No hairdryer Only one pillow No carpet on the floor Dirty skirting boards Stained tiling in the bathroom Stained sofa

Hotel was okay for one nights stay

Sofa was badly stained and hotel in need of updating

Absolutely rubbish, don't waste your money as you will regret why you book such a horrible motel

Nothing is good about this motel

Room felt neglected and not cleaned properly, curtain was hanging off the curtain rail. Bathroom again needed a very good clean.

It wasn’t very clean at all. Could not walk around the room without shoes on as the floor was greasy. We booked for three people as a stop off while travelling and it honestly would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. The bed was literally concrete hard!! Didn’t manage to get to sleep until 4am and woke up at 6am because it was literally that uncomfortable!! The other bed in the room was a pull out bed which is fine but the springs stuck in you all night and the bar that went across the middle of the bed frame was in my friends spine all night as the mattress was so thin! The pillows were also paper thin and when we left in the morning, we could barely move! Two days later my back still hurts!
