A Place at the Beach III

The view from the room, beach access, some amenities, nice hot tub, games i.e. basketball, golf, etc.

Main pool area with water slide shut down very disappointing, place was very dated in need of repair. Inside pool too cold to swim, construction in front of our condo

Quiet and location

Pool was closed, beach access is a little difficult.

The property itself was wonderful and convenient

We saw cockroaches in the kitchen so we tried making sure all food items were in the fridge

Rooms not handicap assessable

loved the location right next to the beach, and enjoyed the indoor pool!

There was a lot of work going on on the buildings, so we had a lot of noise, especially in the mornings when we were hoping to sleep in!

Close to beach

Furniture not comfy, bed not comfy, tiny thin bed pillows not good. Unit could use some repairs and updating for the amount we pay
