Sea Loft Quinto - A due passi dal mare

The location was perfect, it was super clean and cozy. Easy and great communication with the owner, Matteo.

The location was perfect, indeed due passi dal mare :) It was very clean and the loft had everything that you need for an enjoyable stay.

There were no keys, the door closes automatically. Our dog easily opened it from inside)

Very modern and clean apartment with everything you need for a good stay. I liked method of check-in, we got code to open the door so we could arrive whenever we wanted. In the flat there is everything you need in the kitchen (tools, pots, freezer and fridge, even supplies like olive oil, salt), in the bathroom (washing machine, towels, soap, paper toilet, heater) and there is also AC, TV and proared guide for local places.

The only disadvantage is lack of private parking, but the owner helped us and said where we can park for free nearby (finally it was only 100m from the flat). On the other hand - it’s Liguria! So it’s totally normal cause there are not too much place to have private parking.

Modern and bright Loft with a well equipped kitchen. Train station, restaurants/bar, sea in few minutes walking distance

Tricky parking situation - free parking only possible at the Main Street (you need so luck an patience to find a nearby free slot)

Perfect as described. 100% tidy. Kitchen well equipped with everything you might need.
