Die Wohnung war modern und super eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war sehr zentral und ruhig. Restaurants und ein Brauhaus in der Nähe. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Parkplatz kostenlos vor der Tür. Wohnung sehr sauber. Nur zu empfehlen.

Es gibt nichts negatives!

Hier stimmt wirklich alles: schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, liebevoll dekoriert, nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt und alles super sauber. Dazu noch ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Rundum perfekt.

Rein gar nichts.

"Prima appartement"

Het is een mooi, royaal, schoon appartement met alles erin wat je nodig hebt. Auto kan voor de deur geparkeerd worden. Communicatie met de eigenaar verloopt soepel. Om de sleutelcode te verkrijgen dien je naam ,adres en paspoort gegevens te verstrekken. Binnen enkele minuten lopen ben je bij de Alter Markt waar je in de Schwebebahn kunt stappen.Je kunt daar een 24 uurs vervoerskaartje kopen. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Barmen waar, bakkerijen, winkels en eet gelegenheden zijn.

Nieuw mooi en zeer comfortabel appartement op de eerste verdieping van een complex met een gratis parkeerplek voor de deur. De ligging is erg goed, op een paar honderd meter van de winkelstraat naar de Alter Markt. Aanrader is een rit met de Schwebebaan en om te fietsen de Nordbahnstrasse.
