Tam Coc Forest Banana Retreat & Spa

Everything was excellent, but our favorite was the host's hospitality. The room service was great, with a nice and clean room, and the price was affordable. We had to leave early in the morning for the tour, but when we got back, the host even remembered that we hadn't had breakfast, and they prepared one for us. Will definitely be back if we have a chance to visit Ninh Binh again!! 🤗

Such a nice home stay, super quiet around the property and a short ride to the main area and other viewpoints. You can rent motorbikes here for a small fee which was great! The rooms were super comfortable and the breakfast was good! Would recommend this place

This was easily the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip through Southeast Asia. The staff were absolutely amazing and made our stay even better — especially the young lad working in the mornings and evenings, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also rented mopeds directly from the hotel, which was a completely stress-free process and didn’t require any deposit, which made exploring the area so easy. The hotel itself is fantastic, with very clean and comfortable rooms, and the pool area was especially great for relaxing after a day out. We would highly recommend Tam Coc Forest Banana Retreat and would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly. Our bus was in the night and they let us use the bikes for the entire day (they have free bikes), let us stay at the pool and gave us towels to take a shower before leaving. The breakfast is good and you can choose from a wide variety.

The matress was a little bit too hard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! A great team who made our stay easy and enjoyable. They went out of their way to help me by collecting my lost luggage from a cruise ship company in Ha Long Bay at a bus stop 2km from the resort. The facilities were amazing - the bungalow was lovely!

The bed was very firm therefore not comfortable and I was woken at 7.30am on Sunday morning to construction right outside my room (wasn’t construction at the hotel but would be good to know if the hotel could agree with works to start later. There wasn’t much of an atmosphere at breakfast and it wasn’t clear if you could order food and drink during the day/who to ask for what.
