UAThe staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. We were allowed to check in earlier. Facilities are great, the room is very clean, cozy, and warm. The location is excellent, there are many grocery stores and cafes nearby, the apparent is not far away from the center of the city. I had an amazing stay there. 🩷✨️
Everything is amazing. I'd only recommend installing a shelf for beauty products in the bathroom, that'd be really convenient
CZESThe studio itself was just okay, but the bathroom didn’t seem very well cleaned, and the shower was awkward to use if you’re even moderately tall. There was also no shampoo or soap. The worst part, honestly, was the neighborhood. It’s even worse inside than it appears from the outside. When you walk in, you have to go down a small alley with more doorways, and the whole area feels very unsafe. I saw people who clearly looked like they were doing drugs, it smelled like urine as soon as I entered, and I could hear people moaning very loudly. The first door was open, and someone was just standing there — I had no idea who it was. I decided not to spend a single night there. The same day I arrived, I grabbed my bags and left for a hotel. I didn’t even tell the owner, as it was obvious there were no refunds. If you’re the kind of person who takes risks and doesn’t really care, this place might be okay, but I felt unsafe from the very first moment.

ROThe assistant that came to greet us was very nice and i appreciated the hospitality. The room was nice and tidy, no loud noises, the area was relatively close to the city centre

The wifi is SO bad. Most of the times it doesn't work. Rooms are so close to the other ones and you can hear everything that they talk in the near ones. If you're lucky and you've good neighbors it's okay but in my case it was a hell of a stay.
