Very modest property, enough amenities and great location. Central to many great restaurants, tourist attractions, and entertainment spots.

No Air Conditioning, had to keep windows open for cool air and the property is next to a freeway so there’s plenty of loud noises.

Appartement très bien situé, rapport qualité prix correct. Les hôtes sont disponibles et réactif en cas de besoin. Aucun problème pour se garer dans la rue très pratique. L’appartement est très pratique et bien équipé.

Le bruit de l’autoroute est très important mais s’atténue les fenêtres fermées. La vétusté des stores pour les fenêtres cité dans plusieurs avis mais pas de changement effectué…et pourtant ça serait vraiment nécessaire. Le frigo est très ancien le refroidissement est compliqué et le frigo est très chaud nous avons essayé de le décoller du mur pour qu’il respire. Il serait nécessaire que les propriétaires se rendent sur les lieux de temps en temps pour constater les réparations à faire et la propreté avant de relouer.
