Codes provided were incorrect, neighbors were loud after hours, lights in one of the 2 bedrooms did not work, tv did not work properly, garbage disposal was inconvenient, parking was sub-standard, "hip" neighborhood is actually seedy,

"Nice, clean, well maintained and well equiped apartment."

The locality seemed not very nice at the beginnig, but we were nicely surprised. It was safe, quiete and only two streets away from one of the most interesting localities in DC. The coffee was great.
