CassaMia is very spacious with an excellent family atmosphere. It has the appropriate facilities to cater to our family consisting of 2 grandparents, 2 adult children, and 4 grandchildren. Each age group was very satisfied with the facilities provided. Manik, the CassaMia Manager was very professional, proactive and responsive to all our requests and queries from our very first enquiry 6 months prior to the trip, through the remaining months, up to and including the very warm reception on arrival, and the numerous requests we had during the 7 day stay at the villa. Manik was especially helpful in her suggestions regarding specific play equipment for our grandson's birthday and a birthday cake for his mum (our daughter) on the same day! The highlight was the special double birthday Indonesian Rijstaffel style lunch prepared and served at the villa , which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Regarding the villa staff, Wira, Ketut and Komang, they were simply a joy to be a part of the family activities throughout the week, unobtrusively and very efficiently going about their tasks, always smiling broadly. The villa was always kept clean from early morning to early evening, and they were always very responsive to all our requests. We cannot speak highly enough of them, CassaMia is very lucky to have such a competent Villa team. Terimakasih banyak to all.

Actually, from our point of view, there is nothing that our family "did not like" about CassaMia, it is a very professionally run holiday establishment.

We had an incredible 4 night stay at CassaMia Bali with our family of seven. The villa was spacious and perfectly suited to our needs. The pool, movie room, and billiard table were all big hits with the whole family, providing plenty of entertainment and relaxation throughout our stay. The location in Jimbaran was fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to our favorite café and close to some amazing beachfront seafood restaurants. It made exploring the area so convenient. A special mention to Manik and her wonderful staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Whether it was picking up dinner for us or cooking snacks for the kids, they were always attentive and ready to help. The house itself is beautiful and so well-maintained. Thank you to the team for such a memorable stay—we’ll definitely be back!

Not much to dislike here.

All’s well, if to pick fault, would have wished the living room is air conditioned because Bali at this period of year is just too hot!

All the bedrooms were spacious with en-suite bathrooms. Unlike some of the more dated Balinese villas, this had a modern feel and was very very well maintained. It also comes with a TV room and a kids playroom which was very handy. We specifically chose this because we were hosting some pre wedding events and it held a small crowd comfortable, spaces were very usable. Location wise it was convenient. The beach was nearby. Lots of eateries (seafood, small warung, hotels) so we were spoilt for choice I cannot even say how happy I was with the staff Manik, Wira and Tika. They were so so helpful throughout the stay and so efficient. Without a word, they were ready to clean, help us with catering, cleaned our used dishes. They moved around silently and I didn’t feel it intrusive at all. In fact, I felt so assured to have them around. We enjoyed the place so so much! And it was a perfect holiday
