Comfort at 1503 Menlyn Maine Residences

From start to finish, friendly and professional staff. Magnificent views from the 15th floor and it was easy enough to take our dogs down to the safe enclosed garden on the ground level every time.

The only little snag was that the bathroom basin's drain was quite blocked, and even after I removed some of the gunk and hair myself and poured some toilet cleaner in there, it was still not draining properly.

I liked everything from the reception till to my room

The pool was dirty and the water was so cold i thought it was a heated pool

My husband and I were attending a concert at the Sunbet arena, so the location was the best just a 5 minute walk to the venue. I also loved the views from the apartment

1stly the queue for checking in was long and only 2 staff members were assisting and we waited for 2 hrs.Proper planning could have been done as there was a concert happening. At the apartment,the sink tap was falling apart, the basin water was not flowing out,kinda blocked and the door to the toilet was so hard to open and we actually thought it was locked. There little bit of things matters.
